The largest warehouse ever built in one phase in Canada, this mega building is subdivided into four quadrants by three paired, three hour firewalls.

The 204 door distribution centre with a 39’ clear height structure was coordinated with 12 multi-level pick modules and over 23 km. of conveyors, requiring code equivalencies negotiated with governing authorities.

The 160 acre site development includes 40 acres of container stacking on roller compacted concrete pavement as well as parking for close to 2,000 trailers and over 700 cars.

The project also comprises a number of outbuildings including gatehouse, trailer certification and maintenance, container stacker garage, pumphouse, and electrical vault.
