Head office and distribution center for a Quebec fruit and vegetable import/export company.

The warehouse is 40’ high to maximize the volume versus footprint. It is built to HACCP standards and the sprinkler system is a recirculating pump ESFR system which avoids the need for pre-action and in-rack sprinklers. The building heating and ventilation system uses energy recuperated from the state of the art CO2/Ammonia cascade refrigeration system.

The 24,000 sq. ft. of offices provides daylight views to all the occupants. The two story high sales area (which the owner calls his showroom) features a 22’ high window into the warehouse crossdock.
