WESCO

This distribution center for Wesco, a multi-national electrical products supplier, serves the Montreal Region. The building is designed for maximum flexibility and growth to suit other potential tenants over the long term. It stands high and impressive on its site due to acreative interpretation of city by-laws.

The project received a LEED Silver certification, and features high efficiency lighting and controls, energy recovery ventilation, a white roof, indigenous planting with no irrigation.
