The existing bunker-like former credit card processing facility was completely renovated and converted to Class ‘’A’’ office space including generous windows for views and daylight.
The entrance lobby and adjacent café were restructured align with the sidewalk level and 7th floor mechanical space was condemned, enlarged and converted to office space with expansive views and a new rooftop terrace.
