Aldo Distribution Centre

This 35’ clear height, fully automated distribution
center is connected by a covered walkway to the
company’s head office building and it includes a
full service gymnasium and recreational facilities
to serve the entire campus.

The warehouse is designed to be easily
subdivisible, optimizing its long term residual
value. The project required a precise
coordination of the mechanical sprinkler and fire
alarm systems to accommodate over 300,000 sq.
ft. of racking platforms.
