Area: 57 500 sq. ft.

Code440 project stands out for its contemporary architecture and exposed wood structure. Developed in Laval by Cosoltec, this 57,500 sq. ft. mixed-use building features offices and industrial space and also serves as the company’s head office.

The exposed wood structure not only gives the building a striking aesthetic but also provides excellent thermal and acoustic performance, as well as reducing CO2 emissions. The use of renewable materials creates a warm and distinctive environment, making it particularly attractive to high-profile tenants.

The building’s architecture includes an angular, raised facade that breaks away from traditional forms while making a distinctive entrance. The large glass curtain walls allow abundant natural light and showcase the wooden structure. The offices, spread over four floors with a total area of 35,000 sq. ft., feature 13-foot ceilings, providing a spacious and warm working environment.

Additionally, the adjacent industrial spaces, totalling 22,500 sq. ft., are equipped with loading docks and floor-level doors to meet the logistical needs of future tenants.
