Sustainably designed with high efficiency hybrid hydronic heat pumps, geothermal energy, generous day lighting and highly insulated envelope; all geared to a viable economic payback.

The office is attached to a 375,000 sq. ft. dry goods warehouse all heated by high-efficiency gas fired radiant tubes.

The project also includes a 30,000 sq. ft. basement parking garage.
