HOLAND ROLLS ROYCE – KARMA

Holand Automotive Group commissioned GKC Architects to conceive its new, state-of-the-art full service car dealership for Rolls Royce, Karma, and Holand Leasing exotic cars.

The showroom is divided in 3 distinct areas with a narrow, L-shaped mezzanine to subtly divide the space.

The project also includes a 31,000 sq. ft. basement parking garage for inventorying, including car stackers to increase capacity.

The group corporate offices on the upper floor crown the building, augmenting its high visibility at the intersection of Montreal’s two busiest autoroutes.
