SOBEY’S MASTER PLAN

This multi-tenant commercial project consisting of 12 separate buildings serves the new residential expansion in the north-western edge of the rapidly expanding City of Terrebonne. The smaller buildings are concentrated along the street to create an urban environment with tree lined walkways connecting these to other larger buildings in the interior of the site.
