This automated distribution center is designed for direct home delivery of groceries. It houses a state-of-the-art automation system by OCADO, from the UK.

The project incorporates a 40-foot-high dry warehouse, with refrigerated and frozen areas. The trucking yard is designed to accommodate tractor-trailers as well as smaller delivery vans.

The project required extensive coordination of electrical, mechanical and sprinkler systems, to align with the special racking systems, platforms, robotics, etc.
