As an Associate and former Project Director, Marie-Anne has demonstrated strong leadership and a clear ability to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s evolution.

In this role, she will ensure that our strategic direction is effectively translated into action across the organization.

Anouchka Hurst has been appointed Director of Administrative Operations.

Having grown within the firm over nearly two decades, Anouchka will be responsible for ensuring consistency, precision, and reliability across our internal processes, while reinforcing alignment between strategy and execution.
