The project forms part of the development of the Beauharnois industrial park, a rapidly growing area benefiting from strategic multimodal connectivity at the crossroads of Québec’s major transportation corridors. Addressing the growing demand for modern, flexible, and sustainable industrial space, the complex comprises two industrial buildings totalling approximately 800,000 sq. ft., designed to support large-scale logistics, distribution, and warehousing activities.
The architecture is defined by clear, efficient volumes, a 40-foot clear height, and structures suited for high-density storage, conveying a contemporary, high-performance industrial image.
Focused on operational performance, flexibility, and sustainability, the project prioritizes durable infrastructure and customizable spaces, including integrated office areas. The design targets superior energy performance, achieved through LEED Silver certification and a focus on low-carbon operations, in alignment with current ESG standards.
